QAI invites submissions for it's 5th International Colloquium on IT Service Management (ITSM 2010) for Best Papers/ Practices/ Tutorials.

Fifth in the series, ITSM 2010 is built on the theme of ' Let's grow - Perspective: Service Management', in order to enhance and accelerate the growth of ITSM good (& next) practices in India by exchanging, learning, and sharing good practices in the domain of IT Service Management. The key focus of the Colloquium is to propagate ITSM benefits, good practices and knowledge sharing among the experts. This year's colloquium will extensively lay emphasis on the Future of ITIL®, Modernization of IT and How ITIL® can help an organization to reach to the next level.

The last date for submission of Author Intent Form is May 10, 2010.

Leading industry experts & researchers are invited to share their expertise in the area of IT Service Management.
Please note: The paper/practice/tutorial submitted in this colloquium should be original and should not have been presented before. Please support your submission with the required data & examples.
 
  Key Dates for Submission: Mark Your   Calendar!
May 10, 2010: Submission of Author Intent Form (Paper/ Practice/ Tutorial) with the Author Biography and Paper Abstract.
May 17, 2010: Submission of Final Paper/ Practice/ Tutorial and Copyright Release Form signed by respective authors.
May 24, 2010: Accepted authors notified.
May 31, 2010: Submission of the Final Presentation.
