Call for Speakers and Topics
If you, or someone you know would like to give a presentation at one of our meetings please submit your TOPIC, BIO and an ABSTRACT of your presentation to President, Deepak Sharma
Applications are subject to review by the QAAC Board of Directors.
Presentations must be educational in nature. Presentations and workshops given for the purpose of selling a product or service do not qualify.
Payment of Speakers for Evening Meetings
It our policy effective Summer 2011, that guest speakers who give the feature presentation will be paid up to $300.00, depending the qualifications of the speaker.
Payment of Speakers for Seminars
For speakers who present for full or partial-day seminars/conferences, expenses may be reimbursed up to $500.00 for the presentation stipend, or up to $1000.00 for the presentation and travel costs. Receipts must be presented for reimbursement of travel.
Note: If a meeting is postponed, we will reschedule the speaker for a future date and payment will be made after the rescheduled presentation has been given.
